Cheryl C. Plaisance, 51, a native and resident of Lockport, died at 8:40 a.m. Saturday, July 16, 2011.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her companion, Bryan Chiasson; her father, Norman Chauvin Sr.; one son, Ryan P. Plaisance and wife, Wendy; one daughter, Christina P. Curole and husband, Kenny; one brother, Kerry J. Chauvin; three sisters, Sylvia C. Knight, Judy Chauvin and Mary C. Adams; and three grandchildren, Tory Richard, Braiden Plaisance and Tera Curole.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Julien A. Plaisance Jr.; her mother, Tessie W. Chauvin; one son, Jerome Plaisance; one brother, Norman J. Chauvin Jr.; and one sister, Rita C. Plaisance.
She was a parishioner of Holy Savior Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations for expenses are preferred.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
