Charles Elwood Lepine, a native of Barataria and resident of Raceland, LA, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at the age of 84.
Visitation will be held at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 from 9:00 am until service time. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at the church starting at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Charles is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Clarice Ledet Lepine; children, Mala Lepine LaNasa (Wayne), Elwood Charles Lepine (Bonnie), Darren Joseph Lepine (Charles Isgrigg), Aaron Anthony Lepine (Janice); sisters Susan Guidry, Linda Taravella; 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles E. Lepine and Josephine M. Lepine; daughter, Rusty Lane Dempster; brother, Alfred, Leroy, Joseph Lepine and sister, Joyce Lepine.
Falgout Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
