Cecile Davaine Loupe

Cecile Davaine Loupe, 88, a native and resident of Lockport, LA, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, March 11, 2024 at Holy Savior Little Church, Lockport, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Willcliff J. Loupe; daughters, Barbara Barker (Michael), Arvella Adams (Russell) and Mary Walker (Noah); grandchildren, Brad Ursula, Jenny, Rusty, Maggie and Michelle; 10 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Hordalie Davaine; brothers, Edward, Charley, Johnny, Edgar and Guy Davaine and sisters, Lula Landry, Bertha Sevin and Marie Landry.
Cecile enjoyed gardening, making rosaries and cheating while playing cards.
