Catherine Norma Roberson

Catherine Doucet Roberson, 88, a resident of Bayou Blue, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Falgout's Funeral Home, Houma, La. Visitation will continue on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. until funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Bayou Blue with burial following in the church cemetery. She is survived by her two sons: Steve Jr., and wife, Tammy; Mark and wife, Elizabeth; three daughters: Mickey Pike and husband, Mike; Liz Daigle and husband, Lee; Mona Naquin and husband, Kevin. Twelve grandchildren: Jonathan, Hannah, Brent, Miranda, Ross, Ben, Matt, Amy, Blake, Emily, Luke and Melanie. Ten great-grandchildren: Kate, Ella, Maylynn, Jake, Wes, Logan, Lucy, Levi, Jax and Paisley. She is also survived by one sister, Shirley Gomez. She is preceded in death by her husband, Steve J. Roberson, Sr., parents, Felix Doucet and Annie Boudreaux Doucet, and ten brothers and sisters. She was a homemaker and a Christian, and she attended the First Presbyterian Church of Bayou Blue where she served as co-treasurer for 44 years. She was also a choir member, Bible school teacher, and Sunday school teacher. She loved to cook, quilt and care for her family. She will be deeply missed by all.
