Catherine Matherne, 68, a native of Mathews and a resident of Houma, passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Friday, June 11, 2021 at St. Hilary Catholic Church, Raceland, LA. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her brothers, Jeff Matherne (companion, Yvonne) and James Matherne (companion, Mary).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Medwick and Elsie Matherne and brother Bryan Matherne.
Catherine enjoyed dancing and was a big Elvis fan.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
