Carolyn Knobloch Lorio, 78, a native and resident of Raceland, died Thursday, June 2, 2011.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in St. Charles Community. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Earl Lorio; one son, Stephen Lorio; and two brothers, C.J. Knobloch and wife, Carole, and Cameron Knobloch and wife, Janice.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude Knobloch Sr. and Cecile Knobloch.
She was a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, a member of Charity School of Nursing Alumni Association and the Ladies Altar Society.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
