Carol J. Boudreaux, 84, native of Mathews and resident of Raceland, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2023.
Visitation will be held at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church, on Tuesday, January 10th from 9 am until service time. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 am with burial to follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
Carol is survived by his wife of 66 years, Betty L. Boudreaux; children, Kim Foret (Michael), Timothy Boudreaux (Cathy) and Troy Boudreaux (Cynthia); grandchildren, Aaron Foret (Anna), Shaun Foret (Natalie), Dawn Kern (Scott), Taylor Boudreaux (Caitlin), Jai-Michael Boudreaux (Kristen) Kai-Lee Ledet (Trey); 9 great-grandchildren; brothers, Chester and Edgar Boudreaux.
He was preceded in death by his great-granddaughter, Lillian Theresa Foret; parents, Numa and Ophelia Boudreaux; sisters, Hazel Simon, Eunice St. Pierre and brother, Edward “Pookie” Boudreaux.
He enjoyed fishing and golfing.
