Carmen V. McInnis

Carmen V. McInnis, 94, died November 25, 2024 at her home following a lengthy illness. She was born in Manchester on February 23, 1930 the daughter of William and Germaine (Belanger) Vincent. Prior to her retirement she was a cook in Grand Isle, LA., where she resided prior to moving back to Manchester. She volunteered at City Hall in Manchester for twenty years. She enjoyed her family and playing bingo. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald McInnis on February 15, 1989. Family members include four children; Carol Scott and her husband, Louis of Gibson, LA., Alfred "Buster" McInnis of Grand Isle, LA., Greg McInnis and his wife, Elaine of Houston, TX., Diane McInnis of Manchester, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her siblings, Conrad Vincent, Andre Vincent and Simone Richard. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, December 9, 2024 in First Baptist (Community)Church, Grand Isle, LA. Religious services will be at 11:00 am with burial to follow in Our Lady of the Isle Cemetery. Falgout Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
