Bonnie Beasley Pope, 79, a native of Wayne County, MS and a resident of Houma, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016.
Visitation will be held from 6 PM until 9 PM on Monday, November 21 and from 9 AM until service time on Tuesday, November 22 at Coteau Baptist Church in Houma. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday at the church with burial to follow at Garden of Memories cemetery in Gray.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth "Buster" Pope; daughters, Susan Naquin and Marie Eddins (Buck); 6 grandchildren, Derek Naquin (Mamie), Michael Pope, Devan Authement (Jack), Katie Eddins, Haley Pope, and Lacy Eddins; and 6 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth O. Pope; daughter, Mary Ellen Pope; and parents, Sherman and Lona Beasley and Ostra Palmer.
Falgout Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
