Bobbie Josephine Pellegrin LeCompte, age 84, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 1:05 a.m. She was a native and resident of Chauvin, LA

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma on Friday, April 21, 2023, beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin on Saturday, April 22, 2023, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with burial in church cemetery.

Bobbie is survived by her husband of 66 years, Alvin J. LeCompte, Sr.; sons, Alvin “Al” LeCompte Jr. and wife, Penny, and John M. LeCompte and wife, Amanda; daughters, Katherine “Kathy” Bourg and husband, Jerome, Mary Susan “Susie” Folse, and Patty Circe and husband, Cliff; brothers, Samuel Pellegrin and wife, Patti, and Milka “Mitch” Pellegrin and wife, Tammy; sisters, Gwendolyn “Gwen” Proft, Winnifred “Wendy” Pellegrin and companion, Bruce Wiggins, and Mary Ellen Perrodin and husband, Delton; brother-in-law, Wildrow “Will” Theriot; grandchildren, Christopher (Hayley) Circe, Ashley Hayes, Heather (Jacob) Clements, Roman LeCompte, Bryan (Tristan) LeCompte, Anthony (Lauren) Folse, Andrew Folse, and Taylor LeCompte; great-grandchildren, Matthew, Madelyn, Aubree, Rosalie, Riley, Bowen and Baby Brynlee; and godchildren, Samuel Pellegrin, Kenneth Theriot, Sandra Deroche, and Jenny Foreman.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, Easton Joseph and Blanche Marie Chauvin Pellegrin; son-in-law, Ronald “Ronnie” Folse; brothers, Easton “Nicky” and Manuel Pellegrin; sister, Beverly Theriot; and brother-in-law, Gene Proft.
