Blake Biggs, 83, a native and resident of Houma, passed away Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015.A private memorial gathering will be held at a later date.He is survived by his wife, Jill McKinney Biggs; stepson, Terry McKinney; stepdaughter, Julia Havens (Royal); step-grandchildren, Louis and Henry Havens; brother, Robert J. Biggs Sr. (Barbara); sister-in-law, Judy Biggs; and many nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents, S.C.
