Billy Soley

Billy A. Soley, 45, a native and resident of Galliano died at 4:52 a.m. Monday, Oct. 29, 2012.

A visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Thursday; and from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Friday, at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, Golden Meadow. Burial will follow in the Dardar Cemetery, Golden Meadow.

He is survived by his father and step-mother, Linton Soley and Elaine Lee Soley; daughters, Chelsy Griffin, and Karessa Griffin; brothers, Linton Soley, Jr., Brant Soley, Byron Soley, Jacob Taylor, Gordon Taylor; step-brother, Joshua Gisclair; sisters, Theresa LeBlanc, Telosia Pons, Shantell Griffin, Mary Bruce, Jamica Taylor, and Monique Taylor; grandchildren, Fredrick Bell, Jr., Andrea Baxter; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Deborah Taylor; grandparents, Leanis Soley and Odelia Creppell Soley, and Taylor and Ethel S. Johnson; brother, Delane Soley.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
