Beverly P. Bouzigard

Beverly Prosperie Bouzigard, 88 years old passed away on Monday, June 17th at 12:20 p.m. She was a native of Montegut, LA a resident of Larose, LA for 50 years and a resident of Hammond, LA for the last 3 years.

Beverly was employed at Lafourche Telephone Company for 31 years as an Insurance Clerk and retired for the last 37 years.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Larose on Friday, June 21st, 2024 from 9:00 am until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Beverly is survived by her son: Ronnie St. Pierre (Darlene); grandchildren: Craig St. Pierre (Michelle), Heather Morgan (Jeremy); great grandchildren: Cali, Baily, Emmie, Aidan, Charly, William, and Rebecca; and sister: Elaine Prosperie Guidry.

Mrs. Bouzigard was preceded in death by her spouse: George Bouzigard; parents: Victor Lawrence Prosperie and Gladys Lapeyrouse Prosperie; brothers: Randolph Prosperie, Larry Prosperie, Carl Prosperie; and sisters: Marion P. Malbrough, and Lois P. Pierron.

Beverly was known by her grandchildren and great grandchildren as “Granny”. Granny loved her family and her family loved her dearly. She will be greatly missed.
