Betty Jane Lovell Trosclair, age 80, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2022, at 5:14 a.m. She was a native of Dularge and resident of Houma, LA

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Falgout Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 beginning at 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday, September 8, 2022 beginning at 8:30 a.m. until service time at 12:00 p.m. with burial following in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Darlene T. Strickland; grandchildren, April L. Strickland and wife, Monica Jorge Luz, and Tiffany S. Edwards and husband, Andrew; great-grandchildren, Jaxon and Hendrix Edwards; sisters, Dolores L. Gautreaux, and Verna L. Hebert and husband, Jules; sister-in-law, Eugenia Lovell.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Jerry Francis Trosclair; parents, Perry Nathaniel and Sadie Lucille Bourg Lovell; son-in-law, Steven Allen Strickland; brother, Eugene J. Lovell; brother-in-law, Ronald Gautreaux.
