Betty Cheramie Terrebonne

Betty Cheramie Terrebonne, age 89, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 11:00 p.m. She was a native and resident of Galliano, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to the visitation at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Galliano on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. with burial following in church cemetery.

Betty is survived by her sons, Daniel Terrebonne and wife, Sheral, and Dwayne Terrebonne and wife, Laura; daughter, Kathy Sandras and husband, Sidney Jr.; grandchildren, Cy Terrebonne (Adrienne), Rhea Sandras (Keary), Cyd Martin (Brisk), and Arielle Terrebonne-Gaspard (Brandon); great-grandchildren, Hayden Martin, Halle Terrebonne, Hannah Martin, Ryan Terrebonne, and Presley Gaspard.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Norris Joseph Terrebonne; parents, Levy and Sidonia Ledet Cheramie; brothers, Ramsey, Volca, Harding, and Antoine Cheramie; sisters, Elmire Guidry, Venice Breaux, Irene Melancon, Hilda Hebert, and Helen Ledet.
