Betty Granger Manuel, a native of Eunice and a residnet of Luling, died at 7 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011.
Visitation will be from 7:30 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Holy Family Catholic Church in Luling. Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. at the church, with interment at St. Ann Cemetery in Mamou.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Wedney Manuel; one son, Timothy Manuel, and wife Glenda; one daughter, Linda Carter, and husband Richard; one brother, Ernest Granger; one sister, Hazel LaComb; and five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Relis and Dorzenia B. Granger; and one brother Lawrence Granger.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Holy Family Building Fund are preferred.
Falgout Funeral Homes is in charge of the arrangements.
