Betty L. Champagne

Betty L. Champagne, 85, a native of Thibodaux, LA. and resident of Raceland, LA. passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 with her loving husband near her side.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 15, 2024 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church from 9:00am until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am with burial in the church cemetery.
Betty is survived by her husband of 58 years; Leroy P. Champagne, children; Christine C. Caffery (Thomas), Craig Champagne (Jessica), Robbie Champagne (Denise), and Gisele C. Ledet (Darrell), grandchildren; Kayla (Ryan), Amanda (Brandon), Brandon (Christopher), Alaina, T.J., Gabrielle (Zachary), Grant (Loren), Sean, Maci and Trey, great-grandchildren; Luke, Livie, Abigail and Lyle, sisters; Judy Landry and Deanna Filce, last but definitely not least her fur baby Sophie.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; Freddie and Jeanne Blanchard Landry.
Betty was a legal secretary for many years. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be missed but never forgotten.
