Betty "Belle" Naquin Allemand, 82, a native of Labadieville and resident of Houma, died on Tuesday, November 15, 2016.
Visitation will be held from 9 AM until service time on Saturday, November 19 at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma. A prayer service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow at St. Francis de Sales cemetery II in Houma.
She is survived by her sons, Wayne J. Allemand (Cheryl) and Randy P. Allemand (Susan); daughters, Susan A. Allemand and Ann A. Thibodaux (Chris); 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Euma J. Allemand; son, Brian J. Allemand; parents, Milton and Mary Gros Naquin; great-grandson, Da'Mitri Celestine; 6 brothers and 4 sisters.
She proudly worked the Election Polls at Oakshire for 20+ years. She enjoyed being a homemaker, doing puzzle books, and playing bingo, but she loved spending time with family and friends most of all.
