Bessie L. Neal, 83, a native and resident of Houma, died Friday at 2:25 p.m. Friday, Dec. 30, 2011.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma. Religious services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
She is survived by her husband, Isaac J. Neal Sr.; sons, Isaac J. Neal Jr. and Timmy J. Neal; one daughter; brothers, John, Douglas, and James Lachica; sister, Jeanette Scott; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Israel and Bertha Lachica; brothers, Rogers, Alvin, and Jessie Lachica; and sister, Antoinette Lachica.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
