Carolyn D. Bergeron, a registered nurse, passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018. Carolyn was a native of Luling and resident of Destrehan.
Daughter of the late Joseph W. Bergeron Sr. and Alma Hymel Bergeron. Survivors include a brother, Joseph W. Bergeron Jr. (Shirley), a sister, Mary "Maggie" Jones, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and great-great nieces. She was preceded in death by a sister, Marie Schmidt (Charles), an infant niece, Celia Bergeron, and a great-nephew, Alex Spano.
Visitation will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 234 Angus Drive, Luling, LA on Saturday, May 12, 2018 from 9 am until 11 am with a Mass of Christian burial at 11 am. Interment will be at a later date. Masses preferred in lieu of flowers.
The family wishes to extend their thanks to the caregivers of Ormond Nursing Home and St. Catherine's Hospice.
