Belinda Ann Knight Billiot, age 73, a native of Mathews and resident of Schriever passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Thibodaux Regional Hospital.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, May 11th at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church located at 333 Twin Oaks Drive in Raceland. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. with Mass to begin at 11:00 a.m. A Celebration of Life (with food and refreshments) will follow at the Lockport Volunteer Fire Department located at 806 Crescent Avenue in Lockport, LA.
She is survived by her daughter, Stacey Bourgeois LeBlanc (Scott); son, Wayne Bourgeois, Jr. (Helana Allemand Bourgeois); grandchildren, Colby LeBlanc (Kiera), Marlee Hillebrand (Zack), Chloe LeBlanc, Luke, Shea, and Baryn Bourgeois, and Charli Aucoin (Brennen Melancon); great-grandchildren, Graham LeBlanc, Natalie Hillebrand, and Avery Melancon; companion, Raymond Daigle and his family; biological siblings, Terry Dufrene (Ramona Guidry) and Darlene Dufrene Estay (Alvin, Jr.).
She was preceded in death by her spouse, Allen Billiot; parents, Sedrick Knight and Antoinette “Nookie” Lanegrasse; biological parents, Sidney Paul “Tee” Dufrene, Sr. and Clementine Rita Aucoin.
Throughout her life, Belinda enjoyed cooking, dancing, fishing, going to the camp, playing bingo and getting together with family and friends.
