Becky Jo Alexander Dufrene, 69, a native of Texas City, TX and a resident of Paradis, LA, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2016.
She is survived by her husband, Harris Joseph Dufrene, Jr., sons, Harris Dufrene III, Jonathan Dufrene (Breanne); grandchildren, Braxton, Madisen, Joseph and Josiah Dufrene; sisters, Jane Alexander (Brown), Barbara Jean Sanders, Dorothy A. Montz (Mark); cousin, Kaye Campbell and sister-in-law, Karen D. Russo (Mike).
She was preceded in death by her parents, J.C. and Jessie Lee Alexander and brothers-in-law, Roy Brown and Mike Sanders.
She was a math educator at J.B. Martin Jr. High School, loved animals, designer and creator of unique jewelry, loved cruises and lived her life for her sons and grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 8:30 AM until 11:00 AM on Monday, March 14, 2016 at Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland, LA. Religious services will be at 11:00 AM.
