Beatrice E. Knight

Beatrice E. Knight was born January 17, 1939 in Dayton, OH, and went to be with her Lord and Savior June 26, 2023. She was a longtime resident of Raceland, LA where she and her husband raised their family. She worked as an LPN where she felt a calling to care for nursing home residents. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Raceland, LA where she lived out her relationship with Jesus Christ.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at First Baptist Church, 3880 Highway 1, Raceland, LA. Religious services will be at 11:00 am with burial to follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Raceland, LA.
She is survived by her children, Denise K. LeBoeuf (Kirk), Armond J. Knight II (Kelly), Eric B. Knight (Patricia) and Jennifer Grabert (Raymond); seven grandchildren: Paul LeBoeuf (Bobbie), Stephenie Gleave (Richard), Armond Knight III (Elizabeth), Ryan LeBoeuf, Alexander Grabert, Eric Knight, Jr. and Zachary Grabert (Carolyn); five great grandchildren: Zachary LeBoeuf, Hayden LeBoeuf, Noah Gleave, Elise Knight, Lillian Knight and one great-great grandchild: Ahnalise LeBoeuf.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Armond Knight, Sr.; twin sister, Bernice Robely and a step grandson, Luke Pedersen.
The family would like to thank Homestead Assisted Living in D’Iberville, MS for the wonderful care and support given to our mom and Traditions Hospice of Ocean Springs, MS for the compassion and respect given to our family.
