Beatrice "Bea" Terrebonne Galjour

Beatrice “Bea” Terrebonne Galjour 99, native of South Lafourche, passed away on Sunday, December 8th, 2024. 

Mrs. Bea is survived by her daughter, Cindy (John) Bourgeois; her nieces, Kathy (Sidney) Sandras, and Suzette (Wayne) Hunter; her nephews, Daniel (Sheral) Terrebonne, and Dwayne (Laura) Terrebonne; and step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. 

Mrs. Bea was proceeded in Death by her beloved husband, Harold “Jack” Galjour; her parents, Luderick and Angolia Terrebonne; her siblings, Norris (Betty) Terrebonne, Gladys (Freddie) Badeaux, and Joannes Terrebonne; and her fur baby, Flash.

Mrs. Bea was a humble and quiet woman who loved working in her garden and sewing.

Special Thanks to the home caregivers, the staff at Terrebonne Place, and Haydel Hospice for all their devoted care. 

A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 14th, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Larose. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 AM with burial following in the church cemetery.
