Aubrey “Big Black” Chaisson, 66, a native and resident of Grand Isle, passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2021.
Visitation will be held at Grace Church, in Cheniere, on Saturday, June 26th at 10 am with a memorial service begining at 11am.
Big Black is survived by his fiance’ Jessie Delcambre; son, Aubrey J. Chaisson; daughter, Renata Chaisson; brother, Harvey Cheramie; sisters, Donna Chaisson, Audrey Chaisson, Penny Lane; 6 grandchildren, Kyla Crosby, Tina Delcambre, Anacia Chaisson, Raven Davis, Hannah Chaisson, Taylor Berry; 7 great-grandchildren, Brylee Santiny, Jordynn Hickox, Luke Davis, Josephine Berry, Brianna Chaisson, Colton Sigrist, Beckett Sigrist.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey C. Chaisson Sr. and Bernice Gisclair Chaisson.
Falgout Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
