Arabella ""Belle"" Fremin Ardoin, 83, a native of Gretna, a former resident of Houston, Texas, and a resident of Houma, died at 2:58 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014.Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church with burial in St. Francis Cemetery II.She is survived by her sister, Beverly Fremin; five nieces, Wanda Gaudet, Cheryl Tibo, Helen Boudreaux, Sheila Dupre, and Maple Potchernick; three nephews, Wayne Atchison, John Patrick Ardoin, and Richard Paul Ardoin; and brother-in-law, Burton Whitfield.She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Ardoin; parents, Edmond and Lydie Fremin; two brothers, Ernest and Curtis Fremin; three sisters, Anna Mae Fremin Atchison, Virgie Fremin Keneaster, and Ruby Fremin Whitfield; and one niece.She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
