Anthony "Tony" Paul Foret

Anthony “Tony” Paul Foret, 62, born on January 28, 1962, a native and resident of Raceland, La. On September 17, 2024, went to rest in the arms of the angels in a place of Peace and Love and will watch over us ALWAYS. 

 Visitation will be Saturday, September 28, 2024 at St. Mary’s Community Center from 9:00am until service time. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am with burial in the church cemetery.

 “Tony” is survived by his siblings; Wilfred, Jr. “Will” (Sandy) Foret, Cyril Foret, and Bernadette (Terry) Foret Terrebonne, nephew; Austin (Maggie) Foret, nieces; Hannah and Brooke Terrebonne, great-niece; Kallie Grace Foret.

 “Tony” was preceded in death by his parents; Wilfred, Sr. and Gertrude Terracina Foret, grandparents; Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Terracina and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Foret, Sr.

 “Tony” was a 1980 graduate of CLHS and a respiratory therapist at Touro in NOLA for 28 years. He loved to hunt and fish before he became disabled and loved watching all sports (especially LSU, Tulane, and The Saints). He had a unique sense of humor and kept the family laughing with all his jokes. Tony loved music and enjoyed to play his drums at home. He also had a deep love for pets, the one’s he had during the course of his life as well as the pets owned by family members. 

 The family would like to thank St. Joseph Hospice for his care for the last 2 years and for the love and support from family and friends.
