Annette M. Plaisance, 52, and native and resident of Golden Meadow, died on Sun. June 17, 2012.
Visitation will be from 9 am. to funeral time on Sat. June 23, 2012 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow. Mass will be on Sat. June 23, 2012 at 11 am at the church followed by a Christian burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her mother, Merle Dupre Plaisance, two sisters, Nadine Tokuyama and husband Greg, and Donna Galiano and husband Floyd.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jasper Plaisance.
She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
