Anita Templet Gassen, 88, a native and resident of Luling, died on Wednesday, August 15, 2012.
Religious services at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Luling on Monday, August 20, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment in the St. Charles Cemetery, Luling. Visitation from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at the church.
She is survived by her children, Laron Gassen and wife Connie, Kevin Gassen and wife Lynn, Jody Gassen and wife Lucy, Alison G. Cazaubon and husband Dan and Cheryl G. Harris and husband Blaine. Also survived by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur J. Gassen, Jr., parents, Phillip and Aurora Troxler Templet; brothers, Phillip Temple, and Shirley Templet.
In lieu of flowers donations to River Region Hospice, 507 Upstream St., River Ridge, LA 70123.
