Andrew "Charlie" Martin

Andrew “Charlie” Martin, 80, a native and resident of Raceland, LA, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023.
Visitation will be from 11:30 am until 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Knights of Columbus Hall, 4708 Highway 1 Lot 2, Raceland, LA. A military service will at 12:00 pm followed by a prayer service at 1:00 pm
He is survived by his wife, Diana Adams Martin; daughter, Kim Martin (Marshall) and Danine Martin; brothers, Bobby Martin and Nolan Martin and godchildren, Rose, Lisa and Wayne and special friend, Val.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hypaulite and Lydia Adams Martin; brothers, Ernest Martin, Larry Martin and Tony Martin and sisters, Gladys Martin, Doris Martin and Rose Martin.
Charlie was a U.S. Army veteran, a member of the American Legion and Disabled American Veterans of the Westbank. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing and being outdoors.
