Alma A. Champagne, 92 a native of Napoleonville, LA. and a resident of Raceland, LA. passed away on December 30, 2020 with her loving family at her side.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Alma is survived by her daughters; Barbara (Frank) Barker, Linda (Raymond)
Richard, Marlene (Charles) Becnel, and Charlene (Thomas) Chauvin, grandchildren; Brent (Lisa) Barker, Cheryl (Edwin) Ordoyne, Reggie (Jeniece) Richard, Renee (Jan) Cressionie, Kylie (David) Durrance, Mindy (Joseph) Guillot,
Jamie (Kristen) Chauvin, Jason (Amanda) Chauvin and Eric (Alicia) Chauvin. She is also survived by16 great-grandchildren, and a brother; Rodney Adams.
Alma was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years Philip Champagne, parents; Philip and Emelda Cavalier Adams, sisters; Alice Martin, Bernice Breaux, Patricia “Patsy” Barras and Anna Mae Adams, brothers; Herbert Adams, Herman “Black” Adams, Nolan Adams, Thomas Adams, and Raymond Adams.
