Alia Danos Champagne, 91, a native and resident of Cut Off, died Monday, Nov. 26, 2012.
Visitation will be from 10 am. to funeral time Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Chuch. Mass will ba at noon Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by one son, Harry Champagne Jr.; four daughters, Betty Arabie, Jeannette Coffey, Linda Posey and Judy Ann Champagne; 12 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; and great-great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Paul Champagne Sr.; her parents, Odressie and Henrietta Danos; two sisters, Flavia Danos Bourg and Elda Danos Anselmi; one grandson; and one great-great-grandson.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
