Albert A. Robichaux, a native and resident of Raceland, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2018, at the age of 92.
Visitation will be held at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 9:00 am until service time. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at the church starting at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Albert is survived by his children, James "Jimbo" Robichaux, Janice Robichaux Neideffer (James), Jason Robichaux (Mary); grandchildren, Amanda Cenac, Natalie Robichaux, Jacob Fonseca, Macy Robichaux, Dexter Robichaux; great-grandchildren, Hailey Fonseca, Hanna Fonseca and William Cenac and sisters, Alice Mae Borne and Marguerite Guidry.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Leona D. Robichaux; son, John Robichaux; parents, Louis and Clothilde Robichaux and siblings, Abe Robichaux, Denis Robichaux, Mary Baudoin, Celina Theriot, Theresa Sampey and Linda Babin.
The family would like to thank the Notre Dame Hospice medical team, Divinity Home Health, Thibodaux Regional Medical Center, Deacon Brent Bourgeois and Fr. P.J. Madden.
