Adriel Plaisance Price, 84, a native and resident of Raceland, LA, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 11:58 PM in Raceland, LA.
Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM Monday, October 21, 2013 at Falgout Funeral Home, Raceland, LA and from 8:30 AM until funeral time Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Raceland, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM, Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her sons; Gary Price, Errol Price and wife Cala, Kevin Price and wife Darleen, Majesta "Jess" Price and wife JoAnne; daughters, Cynthia Ledet and husband Ronnel, Evelyn Stephens and husband Charles, Jr., Theresa Picou and husband Alex.; brothers, Sedric, Nessie and Conrad Plaisance; sister Effie Romero; 20 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Majesta Thomas Price; daughter-in-law, Cora Price; parents, Philocles and Josephine Foret Plaisance; brothers, Warren, Randolph, Whitney, Cleveland, Godfrey Plaisance; sister, Lorraine Nation and one great grandchild, Emily Daigle.
