Sue “Sue Ellen” D. Martin, 75, a native and resident of Galliano passed away on Thursday, May 12th, 2022 at her home.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, May 16th, 2022 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow from 9:00 am until mass time. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am with procession following to her burial following in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Mrs. Susan is survived by her children: Dena Martin (companion: Randy Billiot); son: Lonnie Martin; grandchildren: Loni Martin, Harley Martin, and Olivia LaCoste; greatgrandchild: Wren Martin; brother: Elson Dufrene, Sr. (Faith), sister: Doree D. Lasseigne (Arsen); and many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her husband: Randolph J. Martin; and parents: Sewell and Alma C. Dufrene.
Mrs. Sue loved to dance, listen to jazz, and play card games with her family.
