James R. Williams III, 27 a native and resident of Galliano, LA, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2022.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Friday, September 16, 2022 at Falgout Funeral Home, Galliano, LA. Religious services will be at 6:00 PM.
He is survived by his parents, James R. Williams, Jr. and Angelique Rousse Powell and Michael Powell; daughter, Camelia Claire Williams; step daughters, Violet Thibodeaux and Coraline Thibodeaux; sisters, Katina Marie Williams (James L.), Katrina Renee Vizier (Alces) and Daphne Rae Williams; niece, Ellagrace Renee Vizier; nephew, Alces Paul Vizier; nephew and godchildren, Whitney Jeffrey Vizier and Myren Anthony Raymond; grandparents, Allen and Ellen “Chickie” Allemand; nanny, Denise Matherne; paran, Douglas Williams; and girlfriend Abby Lynn Garcia. Also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and relatives.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James R. Williams, Sr.; Dennis Rousse and Leola and Jeffrey Gilbeau.
James enjoyed basketball, fishing and all sports. He was a Playstation freak. He never met a stranger. He was a father first but loved spending time with his family and friends.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
